低钾保护液对离体肺保护的实验研究 |

时间太短有关,也可能与再灌注时肺泡上皮细胞损害较血管内皮细胞敏感有关。Spaggiari等应用细胞培养方法发现EC液保存时对肺泡Ⅱ型上皮细胞的损害较EFS液严重。本实验中LR的升高也反映了肺泡上皮的损害。笔者认为:(1)应用LPD液对离体肺灌洗及保存的效果优于EC液;(2)肺通气阻力的改变可能较肺血管阻力对损伤的反应更为敏感。一种满意的肺保护液应能使肺整体功能及肺组织细胞形态学上保持完整,因此LPD液在细
胞水平上的进一步机制及优点尚待研究。
