系统性红斑狼疮活动期血浆降钙素基因相关肽及内皮素 |

摘 要 目的:为了探讨神经肽-降钙素基因相关肽和内皮素-1在SLE活动期中的作用。方法:采用放射免疫分析法测定了34例系统性红斑狼疮病人和20例健康人血浆ET-1、CGRP水平。结果:有抗ds-DNA抗体升高和补体C3、C4下降的SLE组,ET-1水平升高(P<0.01),CGRP水平降低(P<0.05)。治疗三个月后,ET-1水平无明显差异(与治疗前比P>0.05)。CGRP有明显差异(与治疗前比P<0.05)。直线相关分析表明,血浆ET-1与CGPR呈显著负相关。结论:提示ET-1与CGRP失衡可能是SLE活动期发生、发展的重要因素。测定血浆ET-1、CGRP水平变化可望作为判断病情严重程度和治疗好坏的一个指标。此结果为应用CGRP治疗SLE的理论提供依据。 关键词 内皮素 降钙素基因相关肽 红斑狼疮,系统性 THE CHANGE OF CGRP AND ET-1 IN SERUM DURING ACTIVITY OF SLE Tao Yi.The Second Affiliated Hospital,Guangzhou Medical College,Guangzhou,510260. Abstract Objective:To investigate effect of CGRP and ET-1 in patients with active SLE.Methods:The plasma levels of CGRP and ET-1 in 34 patients with SLE and 20 normal controls were measured using radioimmunoassay method.Results:The patients with SLE having significantly high level of anti-dsDNA antibody and lower level of C3 and C4 have significantly increased levels of plasma ET-1 (P<0.01) and descended levels of plasma CGRP (P<0.05).After 3 month treatment,the plasma ET-1 level of patients with SLE has not been significantly changed (P>0.05) and the plasma CGRP level has been significantly changed (P<0.05).There were negative correlations between the plasma levels of ET-1 and CGRP.Conclusion:ET-1 and CGRP may play an important role in the development of active SLE.The changes of plasma levels of ET-1 and CGRP may be regarded as indicators of the disease severity and the rapeutic effect.The result may provide theoretical evidence for CGRP being used to treat the patient with SLE.
