胸腺素 原对老龄鼠免疫功能的调节 |

【摘要】 目的 探讨胸腺素α原对老龄鼠免疫功能及甲状腺激素分泌的调节作用。方法 采用分光光度法检测血清溶血素和抗体形成细胞;MTT法检测淋巴细胞转化;放免法检测血清甲状腺激素(T3、T4及TSH);并称小鼠胸腺、脾脏重量,计算相应指数。结果 与对照组相比,胸腺素α原可明显提高胸腺及脾脏指数;促进血清溶血素的分泌,并提高抗体形成细胞水平;促进淋巴细胞转化;促进血清T3、T4分泌,降低TSH的分泌。结论 胸腺素α原不仅具有免疫刺激活性,也可调节T3、T4、TSH的合成分泌。 【关键词】 胸腺素α原 衰老 免疫功能 甲状腺激素
Effect of prothymosin α on regulation of immune function in aged mice

【Abstract】 Objective To detect the effect of prothymosin α on regulation of immune function and secretion of thyroid hormones in aged mice. Methods Twenty-four 15 month-old female mice were divided into two groups: one treated for 21 days with prothymosin α intraperitoneally while the other with physiological saline. On 17th day, the two groups were all immunized with sheep red blood cell. After they were sacrificed, serum hemolysin and antibody performing cells (PFC) of splenocytes were determined by spectrocolorimetry; serum T3, T4 and TSH by radioimmunoassay, lymphocyte transformation by MTT method. The thymus glands and spleens were weighted to count their corresponding indices. Results Compared with the control group, prothymosin α significantly increased the levels of serum hemolysin, PFC of splenocytes, serum T3 and T4 and the thymic and splenic indices. However, it markedly decreased the level of serum TSH. Conclusion Prothymosin α has an immunostimulatory activity, besides, it is also involved in the synthesis and secretion of T3, T4 and TSH. 【Key words】 Prothymosin α Aging Immune function Throid hormones
