骨关节炎滑膜细胞间粘附分子 |

【摘 要】 目的 观察细胞间粘附分子-1(ICAM-1)和转化生长因子-β1(TGF-β1)在骨关节炎(OA)患者滑膜中的表达,探讨ICAM-1和TGF-β1在OA发病中的作用。方法 应用免疫组织化学方法,对40例骨关节炎滑膜和18例类风湿关节炎(RA)滑膜中ICAM-1和TGF-β1的分布进行观察。结果 ICAM-1表达于OA滑膜组织巨噬细胞样细胞、滑膜衬里细胞、成纤维细胞和血管内皮细胞。 RA滑膜组织ICAM-1表达部位和OA相似,但阳性程度和分布范围高于OA滑膜。TGF-β1表达于OA滑膜组织巨噬细胞样细胞,滑膜衬里细胞和成纤维细胞。RA滑膜组织TGF-β1染色分布和强度与OA相似。结论 ICAM-1可能通过免疫机制参与OA滑膜炎症反应;IGF-β1对OA滑膜炎症可能起抑制作用。 【关键词】 骨关节炎 细胞间粘附分子 转化生长因子
Expression of intercellular adhesion molecules-1 and transforming growth factor-β1 in the synovial membranes of patients with osteoarthritis

【Abstract】 Objective The expression of intercellular adhesion molecules-1 (ICAM-1) and transforming growth factor-β1 (TGF-β1) in the synovial membranes of patients with osteoarthritis (OA) were studied,to investigate whether there is a relation among ICAM-1,TGF-β1 and OA.Methods Immuno-histochemical analysis was used to determine the distribution of ICAM-1 and TGF-β1 in the synovial membrane tissue from 40 patients with OA and 18 patients with rheumatoid arthritis (RA).Results ICAM-1 expression was found on macrophage-like cells,lining cells,fibroblast and endothelial cells in some OA and RA.TGF-β1 expression was found on macrophage-like cells,lining cells,fibroblast and in some OA and RA.The distribution of ICAM-1 and TGF-β1 in RA synovial membrane was similar to that was seen in OA.Conclusion ICAM-1 and TGF-β1 may be involved in the pathogenesis of OA. 【Key words】 Osteoarthritis Intercellular adhesion molecule Transforming growth factors
近年来研究发现,骨关节炎(OA)软骨细胞和滑膜组织可产生细胞因子如白细胞介素-1和肿瘤坏死因子。OA滑膜有转化生长因子(TGF-β1)和细胞间粘附因子-1(ICAM-1)的表达。提示这些因子似参与OA的病理过程。国内对上述内容研究甚少,我们应用免疫组织化学技术检测OA组织ICAM-1和TGF-β1的表达,旨在探讨这两种因子和OA滑膜炎的发病关系。
