高血压病患者心房除极向量与左室舒张功能关系的研究 |

【摘要】 目的 探索高血压病患者心房除极向量与左室舒张功能的关系。方法 应用超声心动图和心电向量图技术对100例高血压病患者进行分析。结果 高血压左室肥厚和非左室肥厚组心房除极向量最大向量振幅(MVA)、最大下向量振幅(MDVA)、最大后向量振幅(MBVA)、最大左向量振幅(MLVA)及总运行时间(TMT)均显著大于对照组(P<0.001);超声心动图A/E与MBVA、MLVA、TMT、MVA及MDVA呈高度线性相关(r=0.7 8~0.41,P<0.01~0.001)。结论 结果提示心房除极向量定量分析有助于评价高血压 病左室舒张功能障碍,并且早于超声心动图心功能指标的变化。 【关键词】 高血压 向量心电描记术 心室功能,左 超声心动描记术
A study of the relationship between atrial depolarization vector and left ventricular diastolic function in patients with hypertension Ying Junqi, Liu Hongmei, Ying Jingquan, et al. Harrison International Peace Hospital, Heng Shui, Hebei 053000 【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the relationship between atrial depolarization vector (ADV) and left ventricular diastolic function.Methods One hundred patients with hypertension and 50 healthy controls were studied by echocardiography and vectorcardiography. Results The results showed that MVA, MDVA, MBVA, MLVA and TMT of the hypertensive patients with or without left ventricular hypertrophy (LVH) were significantly higher than those of the healthy controls (P<0.001). Significant linear correlations were found between A/E of echocardiography and MBVA, MLVA, TMT, MVA and MDVA (r=0.78-0.41; P<0.01-0.001). Conclusions The results suggest that quantitative analysis of ADV might be helpful to evaluate the disorder of left ventricular diastolic function. Furthermore, the change of ADV might be earlier than that of echocardiogphy. 【Key words】 hypertension vector cardiography ventricular function, left echcardiography
近年来,左室舒张功能的研究日益受到人们的重视。不少学者提出高血压病(EH)可出现左室舒张功能障碍,而且常出现在收缩功能障碍之前[1]。其研究方法是采用多普勒超声心动图进行的。本文旨在探讨EH心房除极向量(atrial depolarization vector, ADV)与左室舒张功能的关系及临床意义。
对象与方法
