干燥综合征患者唇腺组织中三种细胞因子的检测 |

【摘 要】 目的 检测原发和继发干燥综合征患者唇腺组织中白介素-1α(IL-1α)、白介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNFα)的表达。方法 采用免疫组织化学的方法对11例原发干燥综合征，12例继发干燥综合征和3例对照组患者唇腺组织中的三种细胞因子进行检测。结果 原发性干燥综合征和继发性干燥综合征患者唇腺腺泡、导管和淋巴细胞浸润区均有IL-1α、IL-6和TNFα表达，两组间无显著差异(P＞0.05)，而对照组唇腺中仅有少数表达TNFα，未见IL-1α和IL-6表达，干燥综合征患者与对照组间有显著差异(P＜0.01)。结论 原发和继发干燥综合征患者唇腺细胞因子的表达无显著差异，但与对照组相比差异显著。唇腺腺泡上皮细胞中细胞因子的表达较其他部位明显增强，提示这此细胞在自身免疫性唾液腺炎的发生中起关键作用，而且细胞因子的表达与病理分级有相关性。

Detection of three cytokines in labial salivary gland in Sjgren s syndrome

【Abstract】 Objective To detect interlukin-1α (IL-1α),interlukin-6 (IL-6) and tumor necrosis factor α (TNFα) expression in labial salivary glands of primary and secondary Sjgren s syndrome patients.Methods Immunohistochemical method was used to detect these 3 cytokines in labial salivary glands of ① primary Sjgren s syndrome (pSS);② secondary Sjgren s syndrome (sSS) and ③controls.Results IL-1α,IL-6 and TNFα were all expressed in the acini,ducts and lymphocytes infiltration area in both pSS and sSS patients.There was no significant difference in these 2 groups (P＞0.05)。TNFα was expressed in a few labial salivary glands in controls.No IL-1α and IL-6 expression could be detected.The difference between Sjgren s syndrome groups and controls was significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion There is no difference of cytokine expression between pSS and sSS patients,but significant difference between SS and controls.Cytokines are strongly expressed in acini epithelial cells than in the other areas,these cells may play a critical role in the development of autoimmune sialoadenitis.The expression of cytokines is not correlated with the pathological gradation.
