扩张型心肌病血浆降钙素基因相关肽与淋巴细胞Ca2 的变化及关系 |

【摘要】 目的 探讨扩张型心肌病(DCM)患者血浆降钙素基因相关肽(cGRP)、淋巴细胞Ca2+的变化及关系。方法 用放射免疫法和原子吸收光谱法分别测定30例DCM患者血浆cGRP、淋巴细胞Ca2+浓度,用直线相关法分析淋巴细胞Ca2+浓度与血浆cGRP水平及心功能的关系。结果 DCM患者血浆cGRP水平及淋巴细胞Ca2+浓度明显高于对照组(P值均<0.001),淋巴细胞Ca2+浓度与射血分数呈负相关(r=-0.51,P<0.05),与血浆cGRP水平呈正相关(r=0.58,P<0.001)。20例DCM患者经治疗好转后,血浆cGRP水平及淋巴细胞Ca2+浓度明显降低(P值均<0.001)。结论 心肌细胞Ca2+超负荷是DCM心功能损害的重要原因,血浆cGRP水平升高作为机体重要的代偿与防御机制参与了DCM Ca2+超负荷的病理生理过程。 【关键词】 心肌病,充血性 降钙素基因相关肽 钙
Relationship between plasma calcitonin gene-related peptide and intralymphocytic calcium in patients with dilated cardiomyopathy

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the relation between plasma calcitonin gene-related peptide (cGRP) and intralymphocytic calcium in patients with dilated cardiomyopathy (DCM). Methods The plasma cGRP and intralymphocytic calcium were measured in 30 DCM patients and 30 controls.Results The plasma cGRP and intralymphocytic calcium levels in DCM patients were significantly higher than that in normal subjects. The concentration of intralymphocytic calcium was related negatively to left ventricular ejection fraction(r=-0.51. P<0.05) and positively to plasma cGRP (r=0.58, P<0.001). The concentrations of plasma cGRP and intralymphocytic calcium of DCM patients were both significantly decreased after treatment. Conclusion Calcium overload in myocardium is an important cause of cardiac dysfunction in DCM patients. The increase of plasma cGRP as an intrinsic compensation and protective mechanism may play an important role in the pathophysiological process of calcium overload in DCM. 【Key words】 cardiomyopathy, congestive calcitonin gene-related peptide calcium
