葛根素对急性拟除虫菊酯杀虫药中毒心血管的保护作用

【摘要】  　　目的 观察葛根素注射液对急性拟除虫菊酯杀虫药中毒性心肌损害的辅助治疗作用。方法 将89例拟除虫菊酯杀虫药中毒性心肌损害患者随机分为治疗组45例，对照组44例。两组均予洗胃、补液、利尿、控制抽搐及对症支持等常规治疗, 治疗组加用葛根素注射液0.3～0.6 g, 每日1～2次，连用7～10 d。对比分析两组患者的心电图、心肌酶谱变化及平均住院天数。结果 心电图、心肌酶谱及平均住院天数，治疗组均优于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论 葛根素注射液对拟除虫菊酯杀虫药中毒性心肌损害有明显保护作用。

　　［Abstract］  Objective  To study the antagonistic effect of kakkonein injection on cardiovascular toxicity in patients with acute pyrethroid insecticide poisoning (APIP).Methods  According to the sequence of patients that admitted in hospital, the 89 patients with APIP were randomly divided into two groups the routine therapy treated group and kakkonein injection treated group. The routine therapy treated group was given emergency treatment as gastric lavage, catharsis, fluid infusion, respiration supporting and so on. Based on routine emergency treatment, the kakkonein injection treated group was treated by kakkonein injection. Electrocardiogram (ECG), myocardial enzyme spectrum and average hospital day were observated, then compared with each other.Results  ECG, myocardial enzyme spectrum and average hospital day in kakkonein injection treated group were significantly well than those in the routine therapy treated group.Conclusion  It is suggested that kakkonein injection has the protective effect on cardiovascular toxicity in patients with APIP.
