otho蛋白的表达与肺癌的关系时发现klotho表达在正常肺组织较肺癌组织高,在癌组织中,癌块较小的肺癌组织klotho表达较较大的肺癌组织高,Wolf等的结论证实klotho可能是一个肿瘤抑制因子。然而 Lingeng 等〔29〕在研究卵巢癌与klotho蛋白表达的关系时发现卵巢上皮细胞癌组织klotho蛋白表达较正常组织增高，klotho表达可能与卵巢癌的进展有关,这一结论与Wolf等结果相矛盾。klotho蛋白与肿瘤的关系还待进一步研究。我们〔30〕在研究klotho基因多态与胃癌的关系时发现胃癌患者395A明显高于正常对照，这是首次关于klotho基因多态与肿瘤关系的研究。
4 展 望
Klotho是与衰老有关的新基因，目前其多态性与疾病易感性的研究主要集中在心血管、骨质疏松和糖代谢方面的研究，而与肿瘤和免疫功能关系的研究较少。有关klotho基因多态性与疾病的关系研究也应考虑这些方面。klotho基因功能与各种老年性疾病关系的研究帮助我们阐明衰老的分子机制及内在本质，为更好防治衰老性疾病、延长人类寿命奠定基础。
