【摘要】目的:应用正常人新鲜全血对多台血液分析仪进行比对,使血液分析仪各参数之间具有可比性。方法:选择性能良好、规范化操作的血液分析仪作为参比仪,用该仪器定值的健康人新鲜血校准比对3台血液分析仪(比对仪)。结果: 3台比对仪白细胞(WBC)比对前偏倚分别为(7.32、4.49、8.70)%,血小板(PLT)比对前偏倚分别为(4.75、17.1、11.8)%; WBC比对后偏倚分别为(0.3、2.5、1.7)%, PLT比对后偏倚分别为(1.7、0.7、1.1)%;WBC、PLT差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),RBC、HGB、HCT、MCV差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但相关性存在差异,通过比对试验校准仪器后结果一致性良好。结论: 该方法能方便、经济地对血液分析进行有效的质量控制。

Application of the comparison of fresh whole blood in hematology analyzer

[ABSTRACT] Objective: To investigate application of the comparison of fresh whole blood in hematology analyzer. Methods: The hematology analyzer with good performance, and standardized operation was selected as a reference instrument, and the results tested by 3 hematology analyzers with the fresh blood of healthy individuals was calibrated based on the former. Results: For the 3 hematology analyzers, the bias before the comparison were: WBC(-7.32, -4.49, -8.70)%; RBC(-1.34, -3.58, -1.34)% ; HGB (-0.06,1.81,1.69)%; HCT(3.05,1.52, -0.8)%; MCV(0.03,0.67,4.7)%; PLT(-4.75, -17.1, -11.8)%, respectively; the bias after comparison were: WBC(-0.3,2.5, -1.7)%; RBC(0.9, -1.6, -1.3)%; HGB(1.4 , 0, -0.03)%; HCT(1.7, -0.2,0.3)%; MCV (0.9, -0.6, -0.3)%; PLT(-1.7, -0.7, -1.1)%. There was significant difference in WBC and PLT(P <0.05), and no significant difference in RBC, HGB, HCT, MCV((P> 0.05). But there was differenct relevance. The results by calibrating the equipment were consistent with the comparison test. Conclusions: The method is effective and economical in quality control for the blood analysis.
