【摘要】 目的:观察喘可治注射液对中、重度慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者血气分析及肺功能的影响。方法:中、重度COPD急性加重期患者被随机分为两组，对照组43例给予常规治疗;治疗组41例在前者基础上加用喘可治注射液。比较两组不同时期的血气分析、肺功能变化及半年内急性加重次数。 结果:第7天时治疗组血气改善明显，第7、14天时的肺功能好转显著(P均<0.05);第60天时两组肺功能都明显下降，但在治疗组下降的幅度相对较少(P均<0.001);治疗组患者半年内急性加重(1.7±0.3)次，显著低于对照组(2.2±0.5)次(P<0.001)。结论:喘可治注射液有助于改善中、重度COPD患者急性加重期肺功能。

Abstract:Objective To observe the effect of chuankezhi injection on blood gas analysis and pulmonary function of patients with moderatesevere period chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD).Methods The moderatesevere COPD patients during acute exacerbation were randomly divided into control group (n=43) and treatment group (n=41).Conventional therapy was administered for the two groups,the chuankezhi injection was used in the treatment group additionaly.Blood gas analysis and pulmonary function during different periods,the number of acute exacerbation correlated with COPD in half year were compared between the two groups. Results On the 7th day,blood gas analysis in the treatment group was significantly improved than that of control group,on the 7th and 14th day the pulmonary function in the treatment group was significantly improved than that of control group(P<0.05);On the 60th day the pulmonary function was both decreased in the two groups,while in the treatment group the decrease extent was lower than those in control group(P<0.001);The number of acute exacerbation correlated with COPD in half year in treatment group was significantly lower than that in control group [(1.7±0.3) vs (2.5±0.5)times,P<0.001].
