17 patients with CHD and 470 control subjects. DNA was extracted using the phenol/chloroform method. Plasma fibrinogen concentration was assayed with thrombin method. Total cholesterol(TC),Triglyceride(TG) and High density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDLC) levels were assayed by standard enzyme method.Recording smoking and CHD history et al.other multifactors were simultaneously analysed by Logistic and Pearson methods.Results (1) plasma fibrinogen is the one of independent risk factors for CHD besides blood lipids and smoking,et al.(2) plasma fibrinogen is significantly effected by ( HaeⅢ polymorphisms and smoking.Conclusion High plasma fibrinogen level may be an independent risk factor for CHD and influenced by its gene ( HaeIII polymorphisms and smoking et al.

冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病简称冠心病(coronary heart disease ,CHD)是多因素综合作用导致的一种常见疾病,已公认的危险因素包括高血压、高脂血症、吸烟和糖尿病等。近年来随着对CHD研究的不断深入,人们越来越多的注意到在CHD的发展进程中,除脂质代谢紊乱等传统危险因素外,血液凝固和纤溶系统失衡,血管活性物质长期作用以及感染等均可能参与CHD的形成和发展。为探讨Fbg等危险因素在CHD发病中的作用,我们进行了初步研究,现将结果报道如下。
1 资料与方法
