血浆黏度与纤维蛋白原及血脂的临床相关性多元回归分析 |

【摘要】 目的 探讨血浆黏度(plasma viscosity ,PV)与纤维蛋白原(fibrinogen, Fbg)及血脂胆固醇(cholesterol TC)、三酰甘油(triglyceride TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(highdensity lipoprotein cholesterol HDLC)的临床相关性。方法 对66例门诊体检者做血浆黏度测定及其可能相关因素指标测定并作多元回归分析。结果 PV与Fbg及TC呈线性正相关(r2=0.526,P<0.001),线性回归方程为PV=1.050+0.050 Fbg+0.037 TC。结论 作逐步回归分析排除TG(P>0.05)、HDLC(P>0.05),Fbg及TC是血浆黏度测定显著的影响因素,顺序为Fbg→TC。 【关键词】 血浆黏度; 纤维蛋白原; 胆固醇; 三酰甘油; 高密度脂蛋白胆固醇
Multivariate Regression Analysis of the Clinical Correlation Between Plasma Viscosity and Fibrinogen and Blood Lipids

Abstract: Objective To study the clinical correlation between plasma viscosity and fibrinogen(Fbg) and blood lipids:cholesterol(TC), triglyceride(TG), highdensity lipoprotein cholesterol( HDLC).Methods Determine plasma viscosity measurement and indicators may be relevant factors in a diversified and to carry out multiple regression analysis with 66 cases of the Guangdong Provincial People’s Hospital.Results PV results with fibrinogen and TC linearly correlated (r2=0.526, P<0.001).
