丹参干预 型胶原诱导的类风湿性关节炎大鼠血清D 二聚体的变化 |

【摘要】 目的 观察丹参对Ⅱ型胶原诱导的类风湿性关节炎（CIA）大鼠血清D二聚体（DD）的影响，探讨丹参干预类风湿性关节炎易栓状态的实验研究。方法 将48只SD大鼠随机分为5个实验组,皮下注射Ⅱ型胶原诱导类风湿性关节炎大鼠模型，应用酶联免疫吸附实验（ELISA）检测各组大鼠血清DD水平。结果 所有实验组DD水平均高于空白组（P<0.01）。模型组的DD水平高于丹参组、MTX组和丹参＋MTX组；丹参组DD水平高于MTX组及丹参＋MTX组；MTX组DD水平高于丹参＋MTX组（P<0.05）。结论 联合使用丹参和MTX治疗的明显效果有利于改善类风湿性关节炎的易栓状态。

Influence of Salvia Miltiorrhiza on the Serum DDimer Levels of ⅡCollogen Induced Rheumatoid Arthritis in Rats

Abstract: Objective To observe the influence of Salvia Miltiorrhiza on the serum Ddimer levels of CⅡinduced arthritis(CIA) in rats.To explor the effect of Salvia Miltiorrhiza interfering in the prethrombotic state of rheumatoid arthritis.Methods 48 SD rats were randomly divided into five groups.The rat rheumatoid arthritis model was established by subcutaneous injection of Ⅱcollogen.The serum Ddimer levels of the five groups were tested with the enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).Results The serum Ddimer levels of all the other groups were notably higher than those of the normal group (P< 0.01).The serum Dd[1] [2] [3] [4] [5] 下一页
