f material center of standard solution（including high，media and low blood viscosity oil and plasma viscosity oil）.Results The coefficient of variability（CV）of withinbatch precision of high，media and low blood viscosity oil were both less than 2% at the shear rate of 200/s，30/s，3/s .The CV of betweenbatch precision were alse less than 2% except the low blood viscosity CV were 2.59%，2.79%，3.22% at the shear rate of 200/s，30/s，3/s .The CV of withinbatch and betweenbatch precision of plasma viscosity were 1.31%，2.49% .To compare between patient group and control group，there were significant difference of high，meida and low shear rate of blood viscosity（ηb），plasma viscosity（ηp），red blood cell aggregation index（Arbe），red blood cell rigidity index（IR），red blood cell electrophoresis time（EPT）（P＜0.01），and no difference of blood yield stress（τc）（P＞0.05）.Conclusion The precision of MVIS2035 automatic hemorheology anayzer was good and the results were reliable .So it can be used fou diagnosis of cardiovascular disease and efficacy monitoring.
