血小板减少症患者血小板参数检测的临床意义 |

增生障碍，使PLT下降而MPV不升高，虽然其PDW有所升高，但程度不及ITP患者。
我们的检测结果还显示ITP、AL和MDS缓解组患者的PLT和PCT明显高于未缓解组，提示血小板量的恢复能够间接反映骨髓造血功能的纠正和疾病缓解。此外，缓解组患者PDW下降，与未缓解组比较有显著差异，说明随着疾病缓解，血小板大小的异质性也趋小。值得一提的是ITP缓解后MPV下降，与未缓解组比较有显著差异，提示ITP患者MPV值与疾病严重程度及转归密切相关。另一方面，AL和MDS缓解组的MPV值与未缓解组比较无显著差异，说明MPV值不适合作为判断AL和MDS疾病的转归依据。
