摘要 目的:进一步认识淋巴源性肿瘤的超微结构形态改变的特征。方法:对一组淋巴源性肿瘤(包括急性淋巴细胞白血病、B细胞-慢性淋巴细胞白血病、大颗粒淋巴细胞白血病、T细胞-幼淋巴细胞白血病、毛细胞白血病、伴绒毛淋巴细胞脾淋巴瘤、白血病-淋巴瘤、多发性骨髓瘤)在透射电镜(TEM)下观察其形态改变并进行了分析。结果:部分疾病具有独特的超微结构形态改变,一些光镜下难以区别的疾病有可能得到鉴别,TEM对某些瘤细胞的识别有独到之处。结论:TEM检查对淋巴系统肿瘤的诊断是一有用的工具。Changes of ultrastructure in the lymphocytic malignancies

Abstract Objective:To further define the ultrastructural features of the lymphocytic malignancies.Method:A morphometric analysis was performed on a large number of cells from each disease group which induded acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL),B-chronic lymphocytic leukemia (B-CLL),large granular lymphocytic leukemia (LGLL),T-prolymphocytic leukemia (T-PLL),Hairy cell leukemia (HCL),Splenic lymphoma with villous lymphocytes (SLVL),leukemia/lymphoma and multiple myeloma (MM).Result:Transmission electron microscopy (TEM) permited a more precise assessment of the cell morphologies than light microscopy (LM).Conclusion:The morphometric findings provid an objective morphological basis for the differentiating diagnosis between these closely related disorders.

在透射电镜(TEM)下对一组淋巴源性肿瘤进行了形态学观察。旨在确立某些疾病时电镜下的特征性改变;借助电镜识别不典型或重叠病例,从而评估电镜检查在淋巴源性肿瘤诊断中的作用。
1 资料与方法
1.1 临床资料
淋巴源性肿瘤患者22例(均为我院门诊及住院患者),其中男19例,女3例;平均年龄46.8岁。急性淋巴细胞白血病(ALL)6例,B细胞-慢性淋巴细胞白血病(B-CLL)6例,大颗粒淋巴细胞白血病(LGLL)1例,T细胞-幼淋巴细胞白血病(T-PLL)1例
