脊髓运动诱发电位在大鼠胚胎脊髓移植实验中的应用 |

摘 要 目的 脊髓运动诱发电位(MEP)直接反映脊髓下行传导功能,将其用于脊髓 移植实验,检测脊髓运动功能状态。方法 应用多功能神经诱发电位仪,对移植胚胎脊髓及 单纯损伤对照组大鼠的脊髓MEP进行动态检测。结果 术后4天,移植组MEP波幅及峰潜伏时 已有一定程度的恢复;对照组MEP无明显好转趋势。术后2周、4周和12周,三组的MEP早期反 应(P1,N1)的波幅,均基本恢复正常,但移植组峰潜伏时的恢复优于对照组(P<0.05)。 结论 MEP检测能为脊髓的功能状态提供客观资料;在脊髓移植实验中,检测MEP是判断受体 脊髓运动功能的可靠方法之一。 关键词 脊髓/移植;脊髓损伤/病理生理学;诱发电位,躯体感觉;胚胎移植;大鼠 中图号 R364.34;R322.8
Application of Spinal Motor Evoked Potential in Transplantation of Embryonic Spinal Cord in Rats Zhao Gang,Liao Weihong,Cai Jinfang,et al. Department of Orthopaedic Surgery, Jinan Military General Hospital, Jinan 250031 Abstract Objective Motor evoked potential(MEP),which reflects directly descending conduction of spinal cord,was employed in experimental transplantation of spinal cord for functional changes.Methods With multiple function nerve evoked potential apparatus,dynamic examination of spinal MEP was performed in rats of embyro-implanted spinal cord and simple injury.Results After 4 days of grafting,there was some recovery in MEP recordings,but the control showed no obvious recovery. After 2,4 and 12 weeks of operation,both groups showed no significant differences in the recovery of amplitudes of early wave,but the peak latencies of transplanted rats were prior to the control ones(P?.05).Conclusion MEP could provide objective information about the function of spinal cord.In transplantation experiment,MEP is one of reliable methods for recipient spinal cord motor function. 近10余年来,国外不少学者〔1~3〕报道,胚胎脊髓组织植入成年动物急性损伤的脊髓 内,可以生长、分化、充填宿主脊髓洞腔,并可与之建立一定程度的神经纤维联系。然而 移植后宿主损伤脊髓的功能恢复多不令人满意。本实验采用硬脊膜表面记录脊髓运动诱发 电位的方法,较客观地反映移植组同对照组脊髓神经传导的不同改变,从而为移植胚胎脊 髓修复宿主损伤脊髓运动功能提供了可靠的证据。
