冠心病患者血浆心钠素水平与左房功能变化的相关性分析研究 |

摘 要 目的 探讨冠心病患者血浆心钠素(ANF)与左房血流动力学变化的关系。方法 应
用超声心动图技术和放射性免疫测定法，对106例冠心病患者左房血流动力学变化与ANF水平进行
相关性分析。结果 心绞痛组、心肌梗塞组及缺血性心肌病组的ANF水平显著高于正常对照组;并
与左房功能指标LAV、LAT、LAP、LAD、LASV 和LAEF呈高中度线性相关意义；与左室收缩及舒
张功能指标：LVEF、LVD、PFR、A峰、A/E呈中度线性相关意义（P<0.01～0.001）。结论 测定
ANF水平对于评价左房室功能异常变化有重要意义。

Plasma Level of Atrial Natriuretic Factor and Changes of Left Atrial Function in Patients with Coronary

Abstract Objective To investigate the relationship between plasma atrial natriuretic factor(ANF) levels and
changes of left atrial hemodynamics in patients with coronary heart disease (CHD). Methods Plasma ANF level
and left atrial function as well as the changes of hemodynamics in 106 patients with CHD and 50 normal control
(NC) group were measured by two dimensional Doppler echocardiography and radioimmunoassay.Results The
plasma level of ANF concentrations in 36 angina pectoris(AP) group, 40 myocardial infarction(MI) group and 30
ischemic cardiomyopathy (ICM) group was higher than NC group (P?.01 or 0.001).Significant linear correlation
existed between plasma level of ANF and the indexes of left atrial function:left atrial volume(LAV), left atrial tension
(LAT),left atrial pressure(LAP),left atrial diameters( LAD),left atrial stroke volume(LASV) and left atrial ejection
fraction(LAEF);the correlation coefficients were 0.79,0.74,0.69,0.682,0.66, 0.64 (P<0.01 or 0.001).Moderate
linear correlations existed between plasma level of ANF and left ventricular systolic or diastolic function indexes:
left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF),left ventricular diameters ( LVD) ,peak filling rate (PFR),peak velocity A
