起搏前后内皮素 一氧化氮研究的进展 |

无冠心病患者的冠脉和阻力血管之间无差别。
Runsio等［12］对埋藏式心脏复律除颤器的研究，发现无论室颤发作或除颤并不引起外周动静脉的ET、神经肽Y或去甲肾上素水平的变化。ET水平不能作为评估此时血管内皮效应的证据。
总之，起搏前后ET、NO的变化与起搏时出现的心肌缺血、心衰、肺动脉高压是并存相关的，与心动过速有否有关系尚不好确定，有待于进一步研究。
