【摘要】 目的：探讨平阳霉素局部注射联合倍频Nd：YAG激光治疗血管瘤的疗效。方法：在瘤体内局部注射平阳霉素，使其萎缩变平后，应用可调脉宽的倍频Nd：YAG激光照射消除皮肤红色病灶，观察临床效果。结果：病损区红色全部消失，病灶愈后颜色与周边正常皮肤相同或接近。结论：平阳霉素联合倍频Nd：YAG激光治疗血管瘤，是一种目前较为符合美学原则的治疗方法。

【ABSTRACT】 Objective:To investigate the ideal method for treating hemangioma according to modern aesthetic principles.Methods:Local injection of pingyangmycin was given at the tumor so as to make it constrict.Then the nidus was exposed in variable pulse double frequency Nd:YAG laser and the curative effects were observed.Results:The redness of 63 patients with total 77 nidus all disappeared.Most of the cured nidus skin colour was same with or similar to the surrounding normal skin.Meanwhile,five patients(eight places) had slight scar and pigment changed.All the cases after being followingup for 236months,no patient recurred.Conclusion:The method of injecting pingyangmycin combined with double frequency Nd:YAG laser in treating hemangioma is correspondence with modern aesthetic principle.

血管瘤是一种起源于残余的胚胎成血管细胞、以增生血管为主要成分的良性肿瘤。其发病率为1.1%～2.2%[1]。大部分于婴儿出生时或生后不久发现，好发于头面部、颈部皮肤，也可发生在粘膜、皮下、肌肉等，呈鲜红色或暗紫红色。治疗血管瘤的方法众多，但效果往往不尽人意。我们从2001年始采用平阳霉素局部注射联合可调脉宽的倍频Nd：YAG激光治疗血管瘤，取得了良好的美容效果,现报告如下。
1 资料与方法
1.1 一般资料
2001～2004年我院采用倍频Nd：YAG激光治疗各种皮肤血管瘤患者63例，共有77处病损区。其中男35例，女28例；年龄最小2个月，最大22岁，其中年龄＜2岁的有59例（占93.7%）；病损部位：头面部51处、颈部3处、胸部2处、背腰部2处、四肢19处。有6例患者是多处病损的，颜色为鲜红或暗紫红色，病损面积0.8～17.8cm2。
