抗结核胶囊佐治胸腰椎椎体结核的疗效观察

摘要　目的：观察中药“抗结核胶囊”治疗胸腰椎椎体结核的作用。方法：选择60例患者，应用抗结核西药配合中药“抗结核胶囊”治疗40例，并设立单纯西药对照组20例。重点观察治疗前后的血沉、X线片的变化。并作疗效评定。结果：中西医结合组治愈率优于单纯西药对照组(P＜0.05)，尤其在平均治愈时间、降低血沉方面有非常显著性差异(P＜0.01)。结论：中药“抗结核胶囊”合抗结核西药同用能提高治疗胸腰椎椎体结核的痊愈率，并有降低血沉功效。

Abstact　Purpose:， while 20 cases were treated with only Western antituberculotic medicine.The focus was laid on observing the change in blood sedimentation (BS)and X-ray before and after the treatment. The therapeutic effects were also evaluated. Results: The curative ratio in the group treated with both Western and traditional Chinese antituberculotic medicine was superior to that in the control group (P＜0.05) and great differences existed in relieving symptoms and lowering BS between the two groups(P＜0.01).Conclusions: The application of both Westen and traditional Chinese antituberculotic medicines can promote the cure rate of tuberculosis of thoracic and lumbar ve
