血管紧张素 转换酶基因多态性与冠心病的关系 |

与CAD的发生有关,DD基因型可能是CAD发生的危险因素之一。本结果与NaKai等〔6〕对日本人群的报道相一致。 ACE基因DD型促进CAD发生的作用机制尚不清楚。Rigat〔1〕曾报道ACE基因I/D多态性与血清ACE水平相关。DD型者ACE最高,是II型者的2倍,ID型者居中。是否是DD型者较高的血清ACE水平导致了循环或局部血管紧张素Ⅱ异常增高,从而促进CAD发生还有特进一步探讨。 PCR法检测ACE基因I/D多态性快捷、准确,可用于与ACE基因相关疾病的临床研究。 4 参考文献 1 Rigat B, Hubert C, Alhenc-Gelas F. et al.
