运动对糖尿病大鼠骨骼肌细胞胰岛素受体及葡萄糖运载体的影响 |

摘要 目的:研究运动对链脲佐菌素所致的糖尿病大鼠骨骼肌细胞葡萄糖运载体4(GLUT4)基因表达及胰岛素受体结合的影响。方法:实验大鼠分成3组:糖尿病运动组、糖尿病非运动组和正常对照组。糖尿病运动组大鼠进行6周游泳耐力训练。结果:糖尿病运动组大鼠与糖尿病非运动组大鼠相比,血糖水平降低、体重增加,骨骼肌细胞膜胰岛素受体结合力有所降低,而细胞内 GLUT4 mRNA 含量增加56%(P<0.01)。结论:运动训练主要减少了糖尿病大鼠骨骼肌细胞胰岛素受体后的抵抗,增加了骨骼肌细胞转运和利用葡萄糖的能力,从而改善了糖尿病糖代谢紊乱。 关键词 运动;糖尿病;胰岛素受体;葡萄糖运载体
Effects of exercise on insulin receptor and glucose transporter of skeletal muscle cell in diabetic rats/WU Yi, LI Yiming , FENG Guangbin, et al//Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Medicine,1998,13(2):50~53 Abstract Objective:To investigate the effect of the exercise on glucose transporter4 (GLUT4) gene expression and insulin binding in streptozotocin-induced diabetic rat skeletal muscle.Methods: Three experiment groups of rats were investigated: an exercise diabetic group, an unexercised diabetic group and a normal control group. The diabetic exercise rats were swim-trained for 6 weeks.Results:The exercise diabetic group after swimming training had a lower blood glucose level and a higher body weight increasing than that of the untrained diabetic group. In exercise diabetic group, the insulin binding of muscle cell membranes decreased significantly and GLUT4 mRNA increased 56% in muscle cells, compared with the unexercise diabetic group(P<0.01). Conclusion:Exercise training may improve the impaired GLUT4 expression in diabetic rats. It might improve the insulin resistance at post-receptor sites, enhance the ability of transportation and utilization of glucose in muscle cell and decrease hyperglycemia in diabetes mellitus.
