静脉与硅胶管小间隙桥接神经的实验研究
编者按 动物实验中,断裂神经间有3mm间隙,除使用非神经管桥接术外,也可采取保留神经外膜,再做神经外膜吻合,亦有利于神经的再衔接。这篇文章反映了同类实验的一种观点,供读者在实践中参考。

摘 要:目的 探讨一种新的神经缝合方法,并比较静脉与硅胶管两种桥接物的优劣。方法 应用静脉、硅胶管作为再生室,对大白鼠股神经断裂进行小间隙(3mm)桥接的实验对比,5周后做显微解剖和组织病理学观测。结果 小间隙桥接有利于神经的选择性再生,而静脉组更明显优于硅胶管组。结论 应用静脉小间隙桥接断裂的周围神经符合神经再生的内在规律,为神经纤维的选择性再生提供了一个优良的内环境,有利于神经功能的恢复。 关键词:周围神经 小间隙桥接 静脉/硅胶管
Experimental study on bridging the broken nerve with a small-gap by vein and silica gel canal

Abstract:Objective:To explore a new method of neurorrhaphy and compare the merits and dismerits of two bridging materials.Methods:Broken ends of femoral nerve of mouse were bridged by vein or silica gel canal with a 3mm gap, respectively. The microdissection and histopathological observation were made five weeks later. Results: Neurorrhaphy by a small gap bridge was comply with the principle of choice of neuroregeneration. The result of group of vein bridging would be of advantage superior to that of silica gel canal. Conclusion: Neurorrhaphy by vein bridging with a small gap complied with the characteristics of neuroregeneration, it provided an excellent inner-environment for the neurofibril regeneration and was beneficial to the recovery of the function of the nerve. 周围神经损伤的传统修复方法是应用神经外膜和神经束膜缝合,但由于周围神经多为混合神经,盲目的对接可导致感觉神经纤维与运动神经纤维的错接,以致临床效果欠佳。随着人们对周围神经再生趋向性的研究,设计在神经吻合端留有一定间隙,利用远端神经对近端神经的趋化与营养作用,保证断裂的神经束能良好对合,将是今后周围神经损伤修复的发展趋势。我们设计应用静脉与硅胶管小间隙桥接大鼠股神经的对比实验,旨在探讨两种不同非神经管状材料对神经再生的影响。
材料与方法
