脑卒中病损评估量表中的运动功能部分的有效性研究 |

摘要 目的:探讨脑卒中病损评估量表中的运动功能部分(SIAS-M)对脑卒中偏瘫患者进行运动功能评定的有效性和可行性。方法:应用SIAS-M对53例脑卒中偏瘫患者的运动功能进行评测,并与简式Fugl-Meyer运动功能评价法(FMA)及Barthel指数评定法(BI)进行相关分析比较。结果:SIAS-M总分与FMA总分显著相关(r=0.9545, P<0.001),SIAS-M上肢分与FMA上肢分显著相关(r=0.9776, P<0.001) ,SIAS-M 下肢分与FMA下肢分显著相关(r=0.9329,P<0.001),SIAS-M总分、SIAS-M上肢分、SIAS-M下肢分与BI得分均显著相关(r1=0.7694, r2=0.6301, r3=0.7552, P<0.001)。 结论:SIAS-M是有效的,并且简便、实用,能敏感地反映偏瘫患者运动功能的变化,值得在国内推广应用。

A study on validity of stroke impairment assessment set-motor function

Abstract Objective :To investigate the validity of the stroke impairment grading assessment set-motor function (SIAS-M) among hemiplegia patients.Method: 53 hemiplegic patients were measured by SIAS-M, Fugl-Meyer assessment (FMA) and Barthel index (BI). The interrelationships among SIAS-M, FMA, BI were analyzed.Result : SIAS-M had positive relationship with FMA (r=0.9545,P<0.001), upper limbs SIAS-M subscale were positively correlated to FMA upper limbs subscale (r=0.9776,P<0.001). lower limbs SIAS-M subscale were also positively correlated to FMA lower limbs subscale (r=0.9329,P<0.001).SIAS-M, upper limbs SIAS-M subscale and lower limbs SIAS-M subscale were positively correlated to BI (r1=0.7694, r2=0.6301, r3=0.7552, P<0.001) .Conclusion :SIAS-M is a brief, practical assessment set with good validity, it can be applied to motor functional evaluation among hemiplegia patients.
