体骨折[12]。Kim[13]等也发现术后相邻椎体处于骨折的高风险之中,相邻椎体的骨折风险较不相邻的椎体增加3.03倍。但是术后邻近椎体骨折原因是骨质疏松的发展,还是骨水泥强化的结果,一直存有争论[1416],有待于进一步研究,而单侧法与双侧法比并不增加邻近椎体骨折的风险[1718]。
我们研究发现单侧法具有许多优点,远近期临床效果满意,为椎体成形技术提供了一种思路。但因本组临床观察病例数有限,缺乏与双侧法疗效对比观察,有待于进行大样本的临床对比进一步深入研究。
