小鼠GITRL蛋白对Th17细胞的影响及其在小鼠CIA发病中的作用 |

鼠血清中IL-17A的含量显著性升高(17.59±3.46 pg/ml),结果具有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论:(1)成功表达、纯化小鼠GITRL蛋白,并制备其多克隆抗体。(2)在体外,mGITRL蛋白可促进小鼠Th17细胞的产生,且具有一定浓度依赖性。(3)在体内,mGITRL蛋白可增加正常小鼠脾脏中Th17细胞的比例,上调RORγt的表达;并促进小鼠血清中IL-17含量增加。(4)mGITRL蛋白可以加速并加重小鼠CIA的发病过程,并且这种作用可能与体内Th17细胞的数目增加、血清中IL-17含量增高有关。 还原
【Abstract】 Objective:Glucocorticoid-induced tumor necrosis factor receptor(GITR) and its ligand(GITRL) play significant roles in regulating immune responses.
