女性膀胱颈梗阻的诊断与治疗 |

摘要 目的：探讨女性膀胱颈梗阻的诊断和治疗方法。方法：对27例女性膀胱颈梗阻行尿流动力学检查和膀胱镜检查，对其中22例行经尿道膀胱颈电切术(TURBn)，5例行非手术治疗。结果：22例行TURBn治疗者术后无明显剩余尿，20例临床症状消失；5例非手术治疗者经定期尿道扩张及药物治疗，效果满意。结论：女性膀胱颈梗阻的尿流动力学检查是客观评价排尿状况的有效指标；TURBn是治疗女性膀胱颈梗阻的首选方法，具有手术痛苦小和住院时间短等优点。
Diagnosis and treatment of female bladder neck obstruction

Abstract Purpose:To investigate the diagnosis and treatment of female bladder neck obstruction.Methods：27 cases of female bladder neck obstruction were admitted from July 1988 to April 1999. All patients accepted uroflowmetry and cystoscopy. 22 cases were treated with transurethral resection of the vesical neck, the others with preserved management.Results: Satisfactory result has been acquired in all 22 cases received TUR operation without residual urine, Of which 20 cases had their obstruction symptoms disappeared. 5 cases received preserved therapy also have gained satisfactory micturition with regularly urethral expansion and medicines.Conclusions: Uroflowmetry is an objective evaluation index. Transurethral resection of vesical neck is an effective therapeutic method.
