【摘要】 目的了解高校护生心理健康状况。方法采用SCL90症状自评量表对荆门职业技术学院医学院在校的护生进行调查分析。结果在校护生的心理健康,除躯体方面外,其余均低于全国常模, 有明显差异(P﹤0.01)。普通三年制大专生与五年一贯制大专生总的心理健康比较无差异(P﹥0.05),因子分比较,人际关系、恐怖、偏执有明显差异(P﹤0.01);不同年级比较,无论是普通三年制大专还是五年一贯制大专生,高年级比低年级护生总的心理健康状况有明显差异(P﹤0.01);因子分比较各项均有明显差异(P﹤0.01)。结论 高校护生的心理健康状况问题不容忽视,应及时开展形式多样的主动心理干预,提高护生的心理健康水平。

Abstract:ObjectiveTo find out the mental health condition of the college nursing students. MethodsStudents in Nursing department of Jingmen technological college were surveyed and analyzed by means of SCL90 symptoms self-evaluation inventory. ResultsAmong all the aspects on mental health except the body, there is a significant difference (P<0.01) among the students at this college and the domestic norm, no significant difference (P<0.05) among the 3-year college students with the 5-year college students, significant differences (P<0.01) on interpersonal relations, horror and crankiness among all the elements influencing people s mental health, significant differences on mental health (P<0.01) and elements influencing mental health (P<0.01) between higher grades and lower grades. ConclusionIt is necessary to attach importance to problems of mental health for college nursing students, to carry out various kinds of activities on active mental interference, and improve students mental health.

在当今社会医院体制转型,《医疗事故处理条例》实施以来,医患矛盾增多,择业方式改革(医院的护士多为聘用制)的情况下,护生的心理问题显得更为突出。在学校广泛开展心理健康教育,切实提高护生心理健康水平和心理调节能力已成为学校心理健康教育的重要内容。基于此,本文通过对现阶段专科护生心理健康状况调查,以改进心理健康教育的方式、方法,从而提高护生的整体素质。
