摘要:目的 探讨护理本科生临床实习教学改革,提高对学生综合素质的培养。方法 回顾性研究本校已毕业的5届护理本科生临床实习基本功考核和综合素质测评情况,对94级护理本科生临床教学进行改革,包括(1)提前培训临床护理带教老师;(2)实行护师全程带教;(3)改革考评内容与调整主考教师。结果 94级护理本科生临床基本功考核优良率100%。结论 实行护师全程带教势在必行;健全临床护理教师轮训制度;结合典型病例进行护理教学查房,是理论联系实际的有效途径;教师开展临床护理研究,既有利于学科发展,也有利于对学生综合素质的培养。

Evaluation on Clinical Internship Training of Nursing Undergraduates and Preliminary Study on Teaching Reform

Abstract:Objective To explore teaching reform on internship training of nursing undergraduates so as to raise synthetic quality of the students.Methods A retrospective investigation on the basic skills and synthetic qualities of 5 grades of nursing undergraduates during their clinical internship.Teaching reform was undertaken in the 94 Grade nursing undergraduates,which included (1)pre-training of the clinical nursing teachers;(2)longitudinal teaching under nurse practitioners;(3)reform on evaluation components and adjustment of the proctor.Results Evaluation on the clinical basic skills showed a 100% excellency rate among the 94 Grade students.Conclusion Longitudinal training under nursing practitioners is an inevitable trend;the rotating training system of clinical teachers should be intensified;ward-round teaching based on typical cases is an effective way of combining theory with practice;engagement of teachers in clinical nursing studies not only promotes disciplinary development but also helps intensify cultivation of synthetic quality of the students.

教育的主要职责是培养人才、发展科学、服务社会,由此确定了它在以知识为基础、科技为动力、人才为关键的知识经济中的重要地位。在新的形势下,如何改革与发展高等教育,以应对新的要求和挑战,是亟需研究解决的现实问题。面对新世纪的要求和挑战,高等护理教育的改革和发展同样刻不容缓。历年来,我校对每届本科毕业生临床实习均作综合素质测评和临床基本功考核,以期检验教育质量并为进一步的教学改革和发展提供客观
