摘要:目的 探讨高温环境对乳汁分泌的影响。方法 1)分组:Wister大鼠分娩后随机分6组,即高温组、对照组、高温耐力组、高温乳鼠组及对照乳鼠组。2)观测指标:微循环、耐力、乳鼠出生0,24,48,72 h体重。结果 1)微循环变化:①微血管管径 高温组较对照组增大,两组有差异(P<0.05);②微血管密度 两组无差异(P>0.05);③流态 高温组为粒流、粒缓流、虚线状,对照组为线流;④微血管 高温组有红细胞聚集,偶见白色微栓。2)耐力实验:高温组与对照组有差异(P<0.05)。3)乳鼠体重:出生0 h 两组无差异(P>0.05);24 h:两组有差异(P<0.05);48,72 h两组有明显差异(P<0.01)。结论 高温环境可导致乳房微循环障碍、气力不足,并造成泌乳的基础物质缺乏。

Experimental Study on the Effect of Hyperthermic Environment on Lactation

Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of hyperthermic environment on lactation.Methods (1)Grouping:Wister rats of post partum were randomized into six groups:Group A,the hyperthermic group(n=6) which were subjected to a high temperature environment(35℃) for 6 h;Group B,the control group(n=6) which were subjected to a basal environment(25℃) for 6 h; Group C,the hyperthermic endurance group(n=6) which were subjected to the same condition as Group A;Group D,the endurance control group(n=6) which were subjected to the same condition as Group B;Group E,the hyperthermic lactation group(n=6) where the mother rats of post partum and the lactating offspring were exposed respectively to the high temperature and the basal temperature,and after lactation they were kept in the same cage at the basal temperature for 6h;Group F,the lactation control group(n=6) where the mother rats and the lactating offspring were exposed to the basal temperature and after lactation they were kept in different cages for 6h.(2)Observation indexes:microcirculation,endurance,weight of the lactating offspring at the age of 0,24,48 and 72h.Results (1)Change in microcirculation:The micrangium caliber of the rats exposed to high temperature was bigger than that of the contro
