经皮椎体成形术治疗骨质疏松性椎体骨折de临床分析 |

由于骨与骨水泥界面会出现骨质吸收的现象,骨水泥材料的老化等问题可能会影响术后椎体高度的长期保持。近年来新型碳酸钙骨水泥和可注射性生物降解磷酸钙骨水泥,都可以增强相应椎体强度,同时具有诱导成骨的能力。随着这些具有生物活性材料的使用,如果压缩椎体高度恢复,并出现骨性愈合,那么椎体成形术的远期疗效必将进一步提高。
