问题没有阐明:如组织工程骨临床应用种子细胞的获取和诱导转化技术流程的建立;在目前临床应用的初步实验阶段应谨慎地选择病例,不能在不具备条件的情况下无原则地扩大治疗适应证等等[10]。
我国骨组织工程研究在很多方面处于国际领先地位,且正面临一个前所未有的发展时机。临床应用所获得的良好结果,必将反过来推动基础研究的深入进行,基础研究的成果又为进一步临床应用提供可靠的依据,并使临床应用具有更好的安全性及可靠性。可以预见,在今后不太长的时间内,将会有更多的组织工程植入物为创伤提供修复材料。只有系统地阐明组织工程化组织形成、成熟及体内转归过程中的一系列重要问题和内在机制,才能真正实现组织工程的临床应用与产业化。
