何引出固定物这一技术难题上进行了尝试,并取得了满意的结果,降低了手术难度,操作简单易行。③如复位后探针探查前交叉韧带张力不足,可将骨折处骨床以刮匙刮深,以增加张力,在关节镜下可直接探查,减少了盲目性。④采用尼龙编织缝线内固定术后仍然需要制动,如骨块较大, 固定稳固,可使用可调膝关节角度的下肢肢具固定,如骨折为粉碎性可采用石膏制动,石膏固定时,采取屈膝20°固定,托垫的部位应在股骨下端,石膏定型前向后轻推胫骨上端,以防止石膏固定时对骨折固定处的牵拉及张力。⑤采用尼龙编织缝线内固定无需二次手术,降低了医疗费用,减少了二次手术的痛苦。
关节镜下复位内固定胫骨髁间棘撕脱骨折已成为治疗该类骨折的常见手术方式,但内固定物等固定方式的选择和不同内固定物固定的时间、外固定方式等,还尚需进一步研究。
