谨慎。对有心理障碍或情感问题的人群应当即时的进行心理指导、及时疏通。Linattiniemi〔27〕等研究表明适当的照顾视力差的和有感情焦虑、紧张、恐惧的人，并尽量避免使用抗精神病药物可能是有效的预防老年人跌倒的方法。
4 结束语
老年跌倒是多种因素(包括生理、情绪和心理、疾病、药物、环境、生活习惯等多方面)相互作用的结果，它对老年人生理、心理损害和社会经济产生影响。跌倒重在预防，因此对卫生健康人员进行相关教育，增加医疗保健人员的知识并提高对跌倒的干预意识，同时必须高度重视评估患者是否存在跌倒的危险因素，采取有效的预防措施，对老年患者进行防护措施的宣传，创造适合老年患者特点的生活环境，对预防OPF及提高老年患者的生命质量有着深刻的意义。
