淫羊藿总黄酮对人工关节磨损微粒引起单核细胞分泌溶骨性因子的影响

1和IL-6的分泌;C组和D组各因子含量差异无统计学意义(P>005),提示在一定剂量范围内,淫羊藿总黄酮在抑制溶骨性因子TNF-α、IL-1和IL-6与帕米磷酸钠有相似的作用。因此,淫羊藿总黄酮有望在人工关节松动的防治方面发挥积极作用。

  当然,淫羊藿总黄酮抑制单核细胞分泌TNF-α、IL-1和IL-6的深层分子生物学机制是什么?是否可抑制其他溶骨性因子?药物的临床用量多少?是否可以和二磷酸盐类药物临床上交替使用以减少各自的副作用等一系列问题仍然是我们将继续研究的课题。
