多囊卵巢综合征患者外周血肾素 血管紧张素 的测定 |

【摘要】 目的 探讨血肾素活性(PRA)和血管紧张素Ⅱ(PANGⅡ)在多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)发病中的作用。方法 采用放射免疫法对30例PCOS患者(PCOS组)和30例月经周期正常的妇女(对照组)进行PRA和PANGⅡ水平测定。结果 PCOS组PRA、PANGⅡ水平为(6.99±3.17)μg.L-1*h-1与(90.2±36.2)ng/L,均明显高于对照组卵泡期水平[(1.84±1.12) μg*L-1*h-1,(42.3±13.0)ng/L],其中高睾酮(T)者PRA、PANGⅡ与黄体生成素(LH)/促卵泡激素(FSH)、T呈正相关关系。结论 PCOS患者有肾素-血管紧张素系统亢进现象,并与PCOS的病理过程有关。 【关键词】 多囊卵巢综合征;肾素; 血管紧张素Ⅱ
Changes of Plasma Renin Activity and Angiotensin II Levels in Women with Polycystic Ovary Syndrome

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate changes of plasma renin activity(PRA)and plasma angiotensinⅡ(PANGⅡ)in women with polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS). Methods We chose thirty PCOS women as trial group and thirty normal menstrual women as control.PRA and PANGⅡ levels during follicularphase(FP) of the two groups were measured by radioimmunoassay. Results PRA and PANGⅡ increased in women with PCOS as compared with the normal FP. The increment of PRA and PANGⅡ in PCOS women of high testosterone levels was correlated with serum luteinizing hormone/follicle-stimulating hormone and testosterone concentration. Conclusion The elevated PRA and PANGⅡsuggest an enhanced functional activity of ovarian renin angiotensin system in PCOS,and which may play a role in the pathologenesis of PCOS. 【Key words】 Polycystic ovary syndrome;Renin; AngiotensinⅡ
已发现,卵巢中存在肾素-血管紧张素系统(renin angiotensin system, RAS)[1]。本研究测定多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)患者血肾素活性(plasma renin activity,PRA)和血管紧张素Ⅱ(plasma angiotensinⅡ,PANGⅡ)水平,探讨其在PCOS发病中的作用。
资料与方法
