子宫内膜样腺癌血管增生与p53蛋白表达的关系 |

【摘要】 目的 探讨p53蛋白表达对子宫内膜样腺癌血管生长的影响,及肿瘤血管生长与临床病理的关系。方法 采用免疫组织化学链菌素亲生物蛋白-过氧化物酶连接法(免疫组化SP法),分别检测85例子宫内膜样腺癌组织中血管增生及p53蛋白表达情况。结果 (1)子宫内膜样腺癌中p53蛋白表达总的阳性率为50.6%,其中晚期为69.2%,高于早期的42.4%(P<0.05)。(2)肿瘤内微血管密度(IMD)值与病理分期、病理分级和肌层浸润深度等因素有关,其中晚期和早期的IMD值分别为8.31±4.78和13.27±6.14 (P<0.01);G1、G2和G3的IMD值分别为8.95±5.15、9.28±4.87和14.73±7.66(P<0.01);无肌层浸润、浅肌层浸润和深肌层浸润的IMD值分别为8.45±5.53、8.95±4.99和11.96±6.39 (P<0.05)。(3)IMD值与 p53蛋白表达程度有关,其中阴性、弱阳性和强阳性的IMD值分别为5.52±2.11、11.75±4.18和16.00±4.63(P<0.01)。结论 子宫内膜样腺癌血管增生可能受p53蛋白表达的调控,p53蛋白表达可促进肿瘤血管的增生。肿瘤血管增生与临床病理有密切关系,有可能成为预测子宫内膜样腺癌预后的指标。 【关键词】 血管 子宫内膜肿瘤 腺癌 蛋白质p53
The Relationship between Angiogenesis and p53 Overexpression in Endometrioid Adenocarcinoma

【Abstract】 Objective To determine the relationship between angiogenesis and p53 overexpression and explore the relationship between angiogenesis and clinicopathologic features in endometrioid adenocarcinoma. Methods Angiogenesis was evaluated by intratumoral microvessel density (IMD). Eighty-five endometrioid adenocarcinomas′ IMD were identified by immunohistochemical staining of endothelial cells for factor VIII-related antigen, and the expression of p53 protein was stained with the same method by it′s monoclone antibody. Results(1) The positive rate of p53 expression in endometrioid adenocarcinoma was 50.6%. The positive rate in stage III~IV (69.2%) was higher than that in stage I~II(42.4%) (P<0.05). (2) IMD was higher in stage III~IV (13.27±6.14) than that in stage I~II (8.31±4.78) (P<0.01). IMD in G1, G2 and G3 was 8.95±5.51, 9.28±4.87 and 14.73±7.66, respectively (P<0.05).
