破裂，并促使血栓形成，最终导致UAP和AMI的发生。 本文结果同时显示，CHD病人血清sICAM1浓度与IMA呈正相关，提示IMA与sICAM1可能互为因果，共同参与CHD的发生与发展。其具体机制有待于今后深入研究。
