【摘要】 目的 探讨冠心病(CHD)与血清缺血修饰清蛋白(IMA)和可溶性细胞间黏附分子1(sICAM1)浓度变化的关系。方法 采用酶联免疫吸附测定法检测120例CHD病人血清IMA和sICAM1浓度的变化,并与40例对照者进行比较。结果 CHD病人血清IMA与sICAM1水平显著高于对照组(t′=18.45、11.02,P<0.001)。急性心肌梗死、不稳定型心绞痛及稳定型心绞痛病人IMA和sICAM1水平比较,差异有显著性(F=102.16、32.81,q=3.70~20.24,P<0.001)。不同类型CHD病人血清IMA与sICAM1水平均呈显著正相关(r=0.609~0.855,P<0.01)。结论 血清IMA和sICAM1浓度变化参与CHD的发生与发展,且与病情严重程度有关。

THE CHANGES AND CLINICAL SIGNIFICANCE OF ISCHEMIA MODIFIED ALBUMIN AND SOLUBLE INTERCELLULAR ADHESION MOLECULE1 IN PATIENTS WITH CORONARY HEART DISEASE CHEN WENYI, WANG HONGQIAO, ZHANG FENGXUE (Qingdao Women and Children’s Center, Qingdao 266011, China); [ABSTRACT] Objective To explore the association of the changes of serum ischemia modified albumin (IMA) and soluble intercellular adhesion molecule1 (sICAM1) levels with coronary heart disease (CHD). Methods The concentrations of serum IMA and sICAM1 in 120 CHD patients were determined by ELISA and compared with 40 controls. Results The serum IMA and sICAM1 in the CHD were higher than those in the controls (t′=18.45,11.02;P<0.001). The differences of serum levels of IMA and sICAM1 among the AMI,UAP and SAP patients were significant (F=102.16,32.81;q=3.70-20.24;P<0.001). There was a positive correlation between IMA and sICAM1 in patients with differenttype CHD (r=0.609-0.855,P<0.01).Conclusion The changes of serum IMA and sICAM1 involve in the onset and development of CHD,which is associated with the severity of the disease.

可溶性细胞间黏附分子1(sICAM1)是非特异性炎症的代表,细胞间黏附分子(ICAM)可介导单核细胞与内皮细胞之间的黏附,在动脉粥样斑块形成及破裂过程中起着重要作用[1]。缺血修饰清蛋白(IMA)是理想的缺血标志物,对心肌缺血的早期诊断及短期内的危险分层和预后判断具有较高的灵敏度和特异度[2]。本文通过观察冠心病(CHD)病人血清IMA、sICAM1水平的变化,进一步探讨其在CHD发生发展中的作用。
