影响实习护士考评成绩的相关因素研究

【摘要】  目的：探讨心理因素对实习护士考评成绩的影响。方法：采用症状自评量表（SCL-90）、大中专学生生活事件量表（CSS-LES）、家庭环境量表中文版（FES-CV），应对方式问卷，对92名我院实习护士进行了心理健康状况调查，并与考评成绩进行统计分析。结果：实习护士的考评成绩有保护性因素有：人际关系和心理支持、奖励和成功，家庭环境的独立性和组织性以及采用解决问题、求助的应付方式；有损害的因素有：焦虑、抑郁、人际矛盾和心理支持的丧失、处罚和失败及采用自责、退避、幻想的应付方式。结论：良好和谐的家庭环境、较少的负性生活事件影响和采用积极有效的应付方式将有利于提高实习护士的考评成绩。

Study on the correlative factors affecting the performance record of the practical nurse

    [Abstract]   Objective: To investigate the influence of psychological factor on the performance record of the practical nurse. Methods: Psychological health status was investigated among 92 practical nurses in our hospital using symptom checklist（SCL-90）, college-secondary specialized school student life event scale（CSS-LES）, family environment scale-Chinese version（FES-CV）and coping style questionnaire, and it was analyzed together with the performance record. Results: Protection factors of their performance record were interpersonal relationship, psychological support, encouragement, success, independence and organization of home environment as well as coping styles of resolving the problem and asking for help. Impaired factors were anxiety, depression, interpersonal contradiction, losing psychological support, punishment, failure and coping styles of self-blame, escape and fancy. Conclusion: Harmonious home environment, fewer negative life events and positive and effective coping styles can improve their performance records.
