产后阴道内应用乳杆菌活菌作用的临床观察

【摘要】  　　目的 研究产后阴道应用乳杆菌活菌对阴道微环境改善及减少产后性生活疼痛的临床效果。方法 将孕前无阴道炎症，无性生活疼痛的顺产产后妇女，分别随机分为试验组及对照组，观察用药后阴道pH、阴道患病率及性生活疼痛情况。结果 用药后试验组阴道pH降低，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05），用药后试验组阴道患病率低于对照组（P＜0.05），用药后试验组性生活疼痛降低，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 外源性乳杆菌具有维护产后妇女阴道的菌群，增强阴道酸性环境的生态效应，减少阴道炎及性生活疼痛的发生。

　　［Abstract］  Objective  To investigate clinical effect of using living preparation of lactobacillus in vagina to improve vaginal microenviroment and reduce sexual life pain with different delivery mode. Methods  The women after easy delivery were respectively divided into experimental group and control group in which the women have no inflammation of vagina and pain of sexual life. To observed vaginal pH, rate of vagina infection and sexual life pain were obserred after treatment .Results  Vaginal pH of experimental group was reduces after treatment with living preparation of lactobacillus,there are significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05). Vaginal prevalence of experimental group after treatment with living preparation of Lactobacillus was lower than control group, there are significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Pain of sexual life of experimental group after treatment with living preparation of lactobacillus reduces , there are significant difference between two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion  Exogenous lactobacillus can maintain vaginal flora of women after delivery and reinforce ecological effect of vaginal acid enviroment and reduce occurrence of vaginitis and sexual life pain.
