【摘要】 目的 研究6-酮-前列腺素F1α(6-k-PGF1α)和血栓素B2(TXB2)与子宫腺肌病的发生及不同临床病理特征的关系。方法 采用放射免疫法检测子宫腺肌病病灶及其在位内膜和对照组组织液中6-k-PGF1α和TXB2的含量。结果 子宫腺肌病组6-k-PGF1α的含量高于对照组,差别有显著意义(p<0.05);TXB2含量两组差别无统计学意义(P>0.05);经量增多组6-keto-PGF1α含量高于经量未变组(p<0.05), TXB2水平两组无显著差别;腺肌病在位内膜6-Keto-PGF1α和TXB2含量高于对照组,差别均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 6-Keto-PGF1与腺肌病的疼痛、经量增多等症状有关;TXB2与这些症状无相关性;在位内膜中6-Keto-PGF1α和TXB2水平的增高可能与腺肌病的发生有关。

The study of relationship between adennomyosis and the level of 6-keto-PGF1α and TXB2

Abstract:Objective: To explore the relationship between the level of 6-keto-PGF1α and TXB2 and the clinical pathological abnormalities of adennomyosis. Methods: The concentration of TXB2 and 6-keto-PGF1αof eutopic and ectopic endometrium in adennomyosis and the control group were measured in radioimmunoassay. Results: The level of 6-keto-PGF1αin supernatant of adennomyosis was significant higher than those in control group (p<0.05); No significant difference of TXB2 level was found between the two groups(p>0.05); Unlike TXB2, the 6-keto-PGF1αlevel in patient with symptoms was significant higher than those in one without symptoms (p<0.05), The TXB2 and 6-keto-PGF1αconcentrations in supernatant of eutopic endometrium in adennomyosis were pronounced higher than those of control group (p<0.05). Conclusions: The significant higher 6-keto-PGF1αlevel in supernatantthe had correlation with symptoms of adenomyosis, such as menorrhalgia and menorrhea; the pronounced higher level of 6-k-PGFF1α and TXB2 in eutopic endometrium may play an important role in occurrence of adennomyosis.
