ivin基因与C-Myc的表达不产生影响,因此多数研究者推测DKK-1可能存在其他的凋亡途径[28]。目前对于DKK-1通过Wnt-β-catenin-TCF通路抑制宫颈癌的具体作用机制还有待于进一步研究。
5 问题与展望
最近研究表明,HPV感染是宫颈癌发生的必要条件,而经典Wnt通路的异常激活是HPV阳性患者发生宫颈癌的重要环节。研究已证实了DKK-1在诱导癌细胞凋亡、调控细胞生长等方面的作用,但就DKK-1在宫颈癌肿瘤组织中的表达及作用途径仍不明晰,需要进一步研究证实。Wnt信号通路很可能作为抗肿瘤作用的一个靶点,因此深入了解DKK-1与Wnt/β-catenin信号传导途径的特点及其在宫颈癌中的变化,对于宫颈癌的靶向治疗研究具有重要的意义。
