as水平，发现术后宫颈癌患者的血清sApo1/Fas水平明显降低(P<0.01)。我们还观察到，1例宫颈癌患者术后的血清sApo1/Fas水平为9.83ng/L，20个月后检测其血清sApo1/Fas水平上升至12.78 ng/L，复查CT提示肿瘤肺、肝转移。因此，血清sApo1/Fas 水平动态检测可能对评估宫颈癌患者的病情变化及预后有一定的参考意义。
