【摘要】目的：观察复方益母片克罗米酚治疗排卵障碍性不孕症临床疗效并探讨其作用机制。方法：将60例患者随机分为复方益母片克罗米酚组(治疗组)35例和克罗米酚组(对照组)25例，观察两组患者治疗后雌激素(estradiol,E2)、孕激素(progesterone,P)水平、子宫内膜厚度、排卵率及妊娠率。结果：两组E2、P水平及总排卵率比较，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);而治疗组子宫内膜厚度的改善程度及妊娠率明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：复方益母片克罗米酚能促进子宫内膜生长发育，提高妊娠率。

Effects of clomiphene citrate combining with motherwort compound on sterility due to ovulation failure

[ABSTRACT] Objective: To investigate the effects of clomiphene citrate(CC) combining with motherwort compound on sterility due to ovulation failure. Methods: A total of 60 sterility patients were randomly divided into treatment group (35 cases) and control group (25 cases) which were given clomiphene citrate(CC) combining with motherwort compound and clomiphene citrate separately. The change of the estrogen(E2), progestogen(P), increase of endometrium, pregnancy rate and ovulating rate after treatment of this two groups were observed and compared. Results: After the treatment, there was no significant difference of E2、P , or ovulating rate between the two groups (P>0.05), while the improvement of endometrium, and pregnancy rate of the treatment group was significant better than that of the control. Conclusions: Clomiphehe citrate plus motherwort compound can promote the growth of the endometrium, and raise pregnancy rate.

不孕症(infertility)是目前较为棘手的妇科疑难病之一[1]。排卵障碍性不孕症占较大比例[1，2]，该病不仅损害妇女的身心健康，甚至还可能引发一系列家庭问题，给社会带来不稳定因素。所以寻找一种治疗本病的有效方法具有积极的临床和社会意义。本文用复方益母片克罗米酚对我院门诊收治的60例排卵障碍性不孕症进行治疗，疗效良好，现报道如下。
1 资料与方法
1.1 一般资料
选择2008年3月～2009年4月我院妇科门诊收治的排卵障碍性不孕症患者60例，随机分为复方益母片克罗米酚组(治疗组)35例，克罗米酚组(对照组)25例。治疗组平均年龄(30.8±3.6)岁，平均病程(3.2±1.7)年;
