9]，而瘦素的下降可能为运用GnRH-a后瘦素通过神经肽Y起作用。 因此对PCOS治疗因人而异，对合并高胰岛素、肥胖者可考虑达英-35联合二甲双胍，以中断高雄激素、高瘦素、高胰岛素血症间的恶性循环。对顽固性高雄激素、高瘦素患者短期使用GnRH-a可能获得更好疗效。在雄激素、瘦素控制后，对有生育要求者可促排卵治疗，尽早使之受孕。
