【Abstract】 AIM: To explore the pathophysiological significance of nitric oxide(NO) and nitric oxide synthase(NOS) in congenital heart defects with pulmonary hypertension. METHODS: Twentyfour patients with congenital heart defects were divided into 3 groups: mild pulmonary hypertension group(n=8), moderate or severe pulmonary hypertension group(n=9), and nonpulmonary hypertension group(n=7). NOS mRNA expression was detected in lung tissues with reverse transcriptase polymerase chain reaction (RTPCR). RESULTS: The NOS mRNA expression levels in the patients with moderate or severe pulmonary hypertension were much lower than those in the ones with mildpulmonary hypertension or nonpulmonary hypertension (P<0.05). There was an inverse correlation between the NOS mRNA expression level and the pulmonary arteriopathy in the patients with pulmonary hypertension (r=-0.833, P<0.01). CONCLUSION: In patients with congenital heart defects associated with pulmonary hypertension, NO and NOS play a role in pathological process of pulmonary arteriopathy, and the NOS mRNA expression level was proportional to the severity of pulmonary hypertension or pulmonary arteriopathy. 【Keywords】 heart defects, congenital; hypertension, pulmonary; nitric oxide synthase; RNA, messenger 【摘要】 目的: 了解一氧化氮(NO)和一氧化氮合酶(NOS)在先天性心脏病合并肺动脉高压中的病理生理作用. 方法: 将24例左向右分流先天性心脏病患者分为三组:轻度肺动脉高压8例,中重度肺动脉高压9例和无肺动脉高压7例,应用逆转录多聚酶链式反应(RTPCR)检测患者肺组织中NOS mRNA的表达. 结果: NOS mRNA表达水平在中重度肺高压组较轻度肺高压组和无肺高压组显著减低(P<0.05);NOS mRNA表达与肺高压肺血管病变程度呈负相关(r=-0.833, P<0.01). 结论: NOS, NO 参与先[1] [2] [3] [4] [5] 下一页 上一个医学论文: 头颈部原发性非霍奇金恶性淋巴瘤50例临床分析 下一个医学论文: 骨纤维结构不良病变组织雌激素受体和增殖细胞核抗原检测及临床意义
