简便有效分离培养大鼠主动脉内皮细胞的一种新方法 |

化时间,操作时间短,有效保护了内皮细胞的活力。3)降低实验费用。胰酶廉价、活性强,但对细胞的损伤大,因此多选用对细胞损伤少的胶原酶,但其价格昂贵。本实验不需要酶消化,降低了实验费用。4)操作过程简便、快捷,减少了细胞被污染的几率。 此方法解决了鼠主动脉内皮细胞难获取的问题,也适用于其他较大动物细小血管内皮细胞的分离与培养,为进一步研究其内皮细胞的生物学特性及其相关疾病提供了良好平台。 【参考文献】 [1] Cole OF, Fan TP, Lewis GP.
